Location very close to Termini for buses and trains.
Good local restaurants.
Liked having lift in building for luggage.
Room quiet despite how busy it was outside.
Fresh towels, more coffee supplies and rubbish out each day.
Neighbourhood a bit scruffy but we had no issues

Perfect location, very close to the Termini Station. The owner Marco was great, any questions I had, they were available over WhatsApp. Give perfect instructions to getting in from the beginning. The room was cleaned every day and was in perfect condition. Would stay again if I am back in Rome

- close to the train station
- daily housekeeping (you can opt out if you prefer)
- check-in at 1 PM, which is quite rare in Rome
- rooms are separated by bathrooms, making them quieter than if they shared a wall
- unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom
- old furniture
- marks on the walls
- mattresses are uneven in height; also' you can clearly feel the springs, so it's quite uncomfortable to sleep on
- you can hear everything from the corridor
- the area feels a bit dingy and not as pleasant as the more central tourist locations
