Location. Just a block away from Roma Termini. Good food and restaurants around the area. Marco, the property manager, is very helpful and accommodating.
Small elevator. It cannot accommodate large, heavy luggage.

- close to the train station - daily housekeeping (you can opt out if you prefer) - check-in at 1 PM, which is quite rare in Rome - rooms are separated by bathrooms, making them quieter than if they shared a wall
- unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom - old furniture - marks on the walls - mattresses are uneven in height; also' you can clearly feel the springs, so it's quite uncomfortable to sleep on - you can hear everything from the corridor - the area feels a bit dingy and not as pleasant as the more central tourist locations
