Very clean and a 5 minute walk to Rome Termini station. Excellent communications and clear instructions from Mario. Simple breakfast of coffee and fresh crossaint with jam. Like many others the apartment is compact but has everything you need and is perfect for a short stay.

Mario is a very friendly and welcoming host. Before our arrival, he contacted us with clear and helpful instructions. The room was neat and clean. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks in the room. Breakfast was good, and coffee was available throughout the day. Guests can also use the refrigerator. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and felt well taken care of.
The location was excellent - just a 2-minute walk from the central station and close to many attractions. There were some homeless people in the area, which is unfortunately a common situation around central stations in many large cities.
