Good communication with receptionist via WhatsApp regarding check-in process. Clean, basic room close to transport is ideal if you are transiting through Rome and need to stay one night.
Pillows were thin and the bed not very soft. Shower rose didn't work properly and mostly released a single jet of water.

The staff there were was very nice and accommodating. There was an elevator which was amazing.

Location near the train station was very convenient but the neighborhood was very unsafe feeling
Check-in was a terrible experience I waited for over an hour to drop my bag bc no one would respond to me. Then when it finally was check-in time at 2pm waited another 30 min for someone to show up. Beds were very thin mattresses and almost no hot water in the shower
