Very well located, clean, nice and responsive personnel.

The neighbourhood next to Roma Termini station is what it is.

In Rome, it was a good value for money. Room in an apartment of a private condominium, being 2 blocks down from Termini Station it was great for transiting all around Rome by bus or metro. Cleaned room every day and has a private bathroom across the hall which we have the key for. It was on the fifth and last floor of the building with temperatures above 35° almost every day, so the AC was a life saver.

Just some noise on the last night from neighbors, other than that nothing to consider.

The location was very close to the Rome Central Station (Roma Termini) due to which you can take the metro or regional or long-distance trains very easily with 5 to 6 mins walk. Room was nice with decent size, and the mattress was good as well. Its maintained neatly and the staff were good with all the required details provided.

Bathroom was ok but can be a bit more spacious. The elevator was congested and only 2 persons with baggage can go at once. I think there should be more options for Coffee should be provided as there was only one variant. You can hear the noises from the neighboring rooms as it's a house.

Property is located close proximity to transportations restaurants and diff establishments. The property is gated.

The garbage bins are placed by the entrance of the lobby and it smells and at times overflowing.
