Host very good, explained everything and showed on a map how to get everywhere. Room appeared to be newly refurbished. Bed comfortable. Good shower. Great location 5 min walk from station. Rooms secure. Tea and coffee provided in shared kitchen area (between 3 rooms) along with Kettle and coffee machine. Microwave. Fridge. Small seating area. Handy if you wanted to heat food but not eat it in your room.
Some noise from outside but as expected.

separate bathroom from the room - bathroom is very close to the room, and it is very clean, but it would be better to have inside the room.
