Location is quite good, in vicinity of the Termini train station.
It is a small hotel facility without permanent reception. Nevertheless, the hotel staff was easily approachable on booking messages. Luckily, I have had unlimited internet, otherwise it will be difficult to handle.

The neighborhood walks sometimes were scary due to some homeless people.

Very old and smelly apartment. Old furniture, no amenities, the shower was broken and the bathroom smelled sooo bad! The sheets and bathroom were clean. The host is nice and also the location is good, close to the train station.
