It was very close to the seafront and we had an amazing view of Blackpool tower at night which was so pretty, the lady who owned the property was helpful, it was nice and quiet at night, My daughter had an accident in the night, I told the lady and she was very helpful in getting the covers washed and put new covers on for me (although felt the £20 charge for it was abit steep) we had the whole top floor to ourselves which was lovely. We liked the room layout. Beds were comfortable.

I felt that the property was very outdated, the walls all looked a dirty yellow colour in the hallways and stairs and the wallpaper was falling off the walls. There was lots of problems with our room, the furniture in the room and the bathroom were barely holding together and swayed, lots of dust and dirt so I spent my first evening cleaning so it was safe for my children, the wallpaper was falling off the wall, lots of damage and broken things such as a canvas picture covering exposed wiring, the door was broken and the fitting on the wall for the lock was barely screwed into the wall so the door even when locked would of been so easy for something to break into. There was an abundance of small moths that were everywhere on the first day, even in the bedding and towels. The bathroom was very strange, it was big and had drawers and a rails in it which looked odd. Shower was dirty, a sink in the room which had no water coming out of the taps. Random things on the walls and sides which made no sense. No ventilation at all on the top floor other than a tiny window so got very hot at night. I was afraid for the children to tooth the walls and the paper was already coming off or that the foam tiles above our bed would fall off.
