The Location was perfect to everything we needed
Just the room didn't have anywhere to put out clothes or drinks etc.. definitely needs storage & shelves putting in

Value for money and you are situated right in the middle of everything right behind Blackpool tower right near central pier everything is in walking distance from where you are staying, and if you're staying there room 8 is the best room because it has a balcony on the front overlooking the Blackpool tower amazing views and amazing little room

It's a good little place friendly atmosphere, hotelier/owner/management is great very polite and helpful never any problems
A little expensive for a week, but my son loves the place and the atmosphere is always calm and it's quiet at bedtime perfectly.

The facility is close to the beach
The place is very dirty, our rooms were not cleaned throughout our stay, towel not changed, beddings not changed
