The Craimar

So close to winter gardens and all other attractions

Not their fault but was on top floor in middle of heatwave and room was scorching hot

Room was clean, location was great, bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Shower was very small, fan that was supplied needed a clean as when switched on it blew dust

Great little place for a short stay. Great location and everything in the room that we needed. Clean and comfortable bed.

It was a good location A nice touch and Easter egg in the room when we arrived It was quiet at night (we weren't on roadside)

Rushed check in (don't even know the hosts name) Never seen the host again. Not very clean very dusty (did clean blinds myself, but then had to phone as not at the premises to clean cobwebs from walls). Hairs in shower. I was asked to put any towels outside the room door and they would be changed. I put them out in the morning when we left but when we returned they were still there so got no change of towels. Carpets in main areas ie staircase could do with a deep clean. It's a shame because I think if rooms were clean could be a nice little place
