The location was very handy for all of the attractions and locations we wanted to visit. Not far from Central Pier, Coral Island, the tower and many others. The key code pad for the main door and room door was great, didnt have to worry about keeping a key safe, it was also text to us earlier in the day so we could make our way over once the room was ready and get in and put bags in the room and get settled. Lee was very friendly and helpful. Had a nice few short chats as we were coming and going. And allowed us to leave our bags there once we had checked out as our train was an afternoon one which gave us another comfortable few hours to enjoy without carrying our bags all day. The room was very comfortable, everything we needed, cupboards and drawers to store clothes and anything we needed to. Good bathroom and shower, comfy bed, and kettle with tea and coffee etc, and everything was lovely and clean. Was a nice quiet stay too, no disturbances and a great few nights sleep. Im sure we will be back next time we visit Blackpool. Thanks Lee

I had a wonderful weekend at Leecliff Guest House. It is run by two of the friendliest and most hospitable people you're going to meet, who found a room for my friend after his booking didn't go through. The facilities are excellent and the room was clean and comfortable, wish I could have had the breakfast which seemed a great deal, but I was having too many late nights to make it. Would stay again!

Clean, tidy, fresh towels daily, toilet rolls, shower gel all included. Lee and Laura where really nice lovely very accommodating. Breakfast was lovely 😍 well worth prices
Wine was bit expensive at the bar. Could do with more cold drinks but didn't spoil our stay at all.

Owner was very short with us as we didn’t want to wait till 3 o’clock check in before ( in his words) we got trashed, I work very hard doing 12 hour shifts 5 days a week, I was there for one night and wanted to enjoy myself as soon as I got to Blackpool.
We were not loud or disruptive we just had a problem with the code to get into one of the rooms.
The rooms were not very clean even though check in isn’t until 3pm, and the owner is quite rude
