The host was very kind about our late arrival.
We weren't able to reach the blinds on the ceiling window because we are short. So, we were woken up by the sun. But that was minor.

Easy to find and good for using as regional base. 5 min drive to city centre. Plenty of parking. Great breakfast. Friendly owner
Bathroom tiny, nowhere to put anything. No natural light or ventilation. Room very hot indeed (there during heatwave).

Loved the location. Easy walk into the town. Host was really nice and breakfast was good
The shower cubicle was very small and shower head was fixed. Water flow went hot then cold, impossible to get a reasonable temperature. Loo seat had the wrong fitting on it and moved when sat on. Dorma room in a heat wave wasn't ideal
