Excellent location. Right on the esplanade with water views. Restaurants on the doorstep. A walk to the marina and shops
The property is very tired for the cost and the beds were very hard.

We all loved the view and how close to most things were.
Apartment very clean.

Spacious and close to everything
Patio door not locking
Surface level cleaning good - but deep clean needed- fans covered in thick dust - cleaned one but weren’t keen on using fans as a result

The location was terrific
The furniture on the room did not meet our expectation for the cost of the appartment, this is based on:
Leather couch is cracked, and has a hole on one of the seats due to age, this results in needing a towel to sit on the couch.
The two single beds are of very poor quality, the springs make a terrible sound when moving in the bed.
The TV in the main lounge is a low quality and is very slow to use.
