Good location, 2 bed apartment had good amount of space
Reception never answered the phone. When requested to separate the double bed into two singles, they said yes and never came. We had booked 2 singles

Our 2bdr apartment was spacious and had great views - we were on the 8th floor and had no noise from below. There was plenty of cutlery/crockery in the kitchen, a microwave, oven etc - though we only ate in once. Shampoo, conditioner, etc provided but no other extras. Location was fantastic! Close to 2 supermarkets, night market, esplanade and lagoon, loads of restaurants, and the Aquarium was just around the corner. It was only a 25 min drive to Smithfield for the skyrail to Kuranda.
Maintenance needs to give all the drawers a tighten. Our bathroom sink was cracked. The kitchen was great but would be good to have a small catering pack of cooking oil, s&p etc - you don't really want to have to buy these on holiday. This could be available to purchase at reception.
