    The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and in a very convenient location. However, there were some noticeable stains on the bed sheets (they appeared to be permanent rather than dirty), and one of the taps didn’t shut off properly. For stays of less than seven days, there is no room service, so guests need to empty their own rubbish and towels are not replaced during the stay. Overall, it was a good stay, but there is room for improvement.

    Can highly recommend the two bedroom apartment on level 7. Views were incredible with the water and mountains in the background. Super comfy beds and large lounge room. Will definitely book again.

    Perfect location for all things IM Cairns. Staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful. A/C was critical for us, and this place delivered. Facilities are a bit dated but were perfectly fine for us. Perfect for our family visit to Cairns.
