really liked the location, everything was within walking distance, the facilities were well maintained and the staff were friendly :). Bonus for the house pets
the guest bathroom for connected to the pool could have been in a better location, I dont like walking through hallways dripping water.

Fri madly staff - easy to check in and out
A bit dated and a bit too far from most major things in cairns No elevator - hard to get bags up and down stairs

Unfortunately, for a non smoking room there were a lot of burn marks on the furniture. Also the clothes maiden only had 3 wheels and so kept falling over which was a pain. But location was great, pool area was great, comfy bed.
The room was quite run down. Other family had a different room that was modern and so much better. Our was tired and needed attention.
