Very beautiful and large pool for guests to enjoy. Excellent location. Room is serviced daily which is nice but need attention to details - no milk or refill of tea bags./ coffee pods. Nice and smooth bed linen, spacious room with beautiful pool view.

Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and ample space in our family resort room. The view over the pool was spectacular. Short walk to the marina to catch tour to the Great Barrier Reef. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only fault was that the vent to the bathroom needed to be cleaned.

2 different rooms-lagoon view room was slightly larger and better layout. Had a bit more storage and full length wardrobe. More expensive panoramic room in tower has good view but shower leaks, small half length wardrobe, only 2 deep drawers more suited to a kitchen and no full length mirror in room. Also to get environmental credits you have to inform reception and information in room doesn’t tell you this so only found out when enquired how it worked and was too late to get for our first night even though we didn’t have room serviced. Overall good but these details detracted from an even better stay.

I booked a Double or Twin Room of the hotel, and both the hotel's official website and Agoda indicated that the room would include a bathtub. However, upon arrival, I found that there was no bathtub at all. I had also requested a high-floor room when making the reservation, but I was assigned a room on the 1st floor instead. This was very disappointing, and no acceptable solution was offered by the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was also a major concern. Dust, cobwebs, and signs of rust were visible throughout the property. To make matters worse, I even found a spider crawling in my hair, which was quite unsettling. Given the premium price charged by this hotel, the overall experience fell far below expectations. The poor room condition, lack of cleanliness, and failure to honor reservation requests make it difficult to justify the cost. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
