    We had a lovely stay at Crystalbrook’s Riley, it is a beautiful hotel right on the esplanade in Cairns and walking distance to bars and restaurants. A “kids only” pool and some more sun umbrella’s was all we needed to made our stay even more enjoyable.

    As a woman who travels solo this place was everything ive ever dreamed of. Central to everything.. The most Beautiful facilities. Poolside cocktails.. friendly helpful staff.. a rooftop bar with the most delicious food and drinks. With a sight of luxury every where you look. Attention to details are most definitely not lost in this place.. The crystalbrook Riley has outdone it self and I most definitely will be returning. Thank you for a fabulous stay🍸♥️😍👌

    I booked a Double or Twin Room of the hotel, and both the hotel's official website and Agoda indicated that the room would include a bathtub. However, upon arrival, I found that there was no bathtub at all. I had also requested a high-floor room when making the reservation, but I was assigned a room on the 1st floor instead. This was very disappointing, and no acceptable solution was offered by the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was also a major concern. Dust, cobwebs, and signs of rust were visible throughout the property. To make matters worse, I even found a spider crawling in my hair, which was quite unsettling. Given the premium price charged by this hotel, the overall experience fell far below expectations. The poor room condition, lack of cleanliness, and failure to honor reservation requests make it difficult to justify the cost. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
