Comfortable and clean room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Apart 1 had 2 steps down into bathroom. Lack of a short handrail means that this is potentially unsafe access at night. Early waking as slat type blinds. Otherwise the room and facilities were excellent.
Small point, being cold, it would have been useful to have turned on the heating in the room in advance.

Didn't receive tea/coffee/milk daily.
Portable heater in room broke.

Rather noisy - generator starting and stopping all day and could easily be heard in room.
