Very good breakfast arrangement.

Could hear people in room above talking ( not the actual words) constantly until they slept, and their moving about in the form of creaking floor and thumping feet.

A friendly welcome awaits you throughout your stay & on this occasion (due to a leg injury) I was very glad our lovely room was on the ground floor. A cosy, bright, comfortable & spacious room in which to relax during our short stay. There was no shortage in the supply of hot drinks available, plus bottled water & complimentary biscuits, all much appreciated..little touches make all the difference! After a good night’s sleep & good shower in the roomy cubicle, breakfast was hearty & included in the price, with plenty of choice to set us up for the day. I'm so glad we took a friend’s recommendation to stay here, many thanks!

Very little! If I was being a tad picky, the wash basin was on the smaller side, is all.

Local information pack needed updating, telephone numbers of restaurants, car park fees .

Everything was comfortable, fairly quiet, clean and cosy and the food was very good.

Parking was a slight issue; we had to find a space somewhere in the locality which was a bit of extra fiddle after a long journey.

Very welcoming host and lovely breakfast. Very clean and modern shower room. We very much enjoyed our stay

We only stayed for one evening and Giles was very friendly and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. The location was excellent, an easy walk to the Mumbles and Langland Bay. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices….a lovely cup of tea 😀

Maybe describing the space outside our room as a "Courtyard" results in unrealistic expectations. However, it raised a smile!

Giles was the perfect host, the room was clean and comfortable, and the B&B was within 10m walking distance of the Swansea sea front. The cooked breakfast as exceptional, and there were various other options available. There is a new pay and display car park across the road, so 10 out of 10.

Fabulous little B&B just off the main strip in mumbles . The property was spotless and the owners couldn’t do enough for you . The food was lovely and the rooms had tea , coffee , biscuits and water .

We totally loved the B&B, it's an old Victorian house and the hosts are very nice and friendly. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast amazing, with homemade food and a lot of options. We spent only a night at The Mumbles, and it was a shame, definitely, the area is worthy of more time and this is the perfect place to stay.

The B&B is a two minute walk to the heart of Mumbles. I was also lucky enough to jag a parking spot right outside the door. The breakfast was outstanding, and the room I stayed in was fabulous.

Everything about this BandB was excellent, the greeting, the room, its cleanliness, comfort, en-suite, to, internet access, tea and coffee,breakfast. The hosts were welcoming and we enjoyed our brief stay. Compared to another B and B stay a few weeks later which was at the other end of the scale this one was exceptional.

Perfect location for us to stay the night before joining the coastal path walk at Langland. Hosts made us feel very welcoming, our room was beautifully presented and we had a tasty cooked breakfast to set us up for the day ahead of walking. Would highly recommend!
