Lovely apartment in excellent location. Will use again.
Excellent location to get into the centre of Mumbles. Easy walking distance to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Property was very roomy, with good cooking facilities (although we didn't really use them). Basically plenty of space for two couples, or a family with children. Onsite parking was also incredibly useful.

Very spacious, comfortable, three floor apartment near to shops, restaurants, shops and beach,
Spacious apartment ....We basically had the house (top three floors ) to ourselves. There is a huge well decorated bathroom with an excellent large shower cubicle and a seperate slipper bath..and main bedroom and lounge and open plan kitchen/diner. Homely feel. Bed was so comfortable..plenty of wardrobe space. The location was close to shops and restaurants/coffee shops and walking distance to sea front and beaches. Lovely view over the park. Really important to have the off-road parking.
Loved the apartment so only little things could be improved ....a bit more cutlery, some larger mugs, a few more towels (the towels were lovely), TV channels available could have been better. Some holiday apartments have lttle extras but don't do the essentials like this spacious homely apartment does.

Spacious, immaculately presented and comfortable.
Spacious, immaculately clean, warm, parking space, well kitted out. Very comfortable king size bed.
Only one bathroom but didn’t prove to be a problem. Two flights of 15 stairs maybe difficult for less mobile people. Second bedroom was smaller with 2 separated single beds.
