Location is perfect for Mumbles and Swansea, Hotel is clean and comfortable, the breakfast is good quality and plenty of choice. We have recommended to our family and friends and staying again next week.

friendly staff, good location, nice meal in restaurant. however, shower was dangerous due to screw sticking out from plug, very uncomfortable bed, small for two people, sewage smell in bathroom. expected something
better, considering room was in main house. have stayed here on multiple occasions but not sure we will return.
