Warm welcome at reception and being shown our room. The Staff were amazing, so helpful it made our stay a complete treat, food amazing !
The only downside was a noisy boiler and window condensation.
We did meet a unhelful lady on the Sunday morning. We politely asked to retrieve our charger from a room but was told ' she was too busy' and come back in 2 hours. Not convient if you are just about to leave and drive home.
We then saw a member of the house keeping team who readily helped us.
