Location was amazing. Loved our room, the little touches such as Welsh cakes with coffee cups was very thoughtful & bottles of water available to help yourself to.
Easy lift to our floor & all staff we came across were very friendly.
Wasn’t sure where you were supposed to check in & restaurant smells of fish at all times! Which is a bit off putting when you first arrive. Room was very hot & couldn’t seem to adjust temperature. Towel rail didn’t heat up

Stayed for two nights. Great location and friendly helpful staff. Decent cooked breakfast (although I don’t like Cumberland Sausages or smoked bacon (why do they all do it??)) and a choice of a few cereals and toast. Rooms comfortable with a good shower/bathroom and very clean. The attached pub had a good atmosphere and a good selection of drinks. Would recommend and would stay again.
Although I knew there was no parking, it was a bit of a pain and expensive in the nearby pay and display. Mainly because we had golf clubs that we had to lug back and forth from the room.

Hot water tap to bath and shower wouldn’t turn therefore couldn’t have a bath or shower the morning we were leaving. Let reception know on departure.

The location of the hotel is very good
The room was tired with drawers and wardrobe doors not closing. Routine maintenance is needed in the bathroom as parts were missing or seized up. If you have an allergy or are vegan you will struggle to eat at the hotel, luckily the restaurants nearby do cater for this so I would advise if you are going to stay here do so on a room only basis.
