A very classic feeling ryokan. View outside at night of the river is beautiful, food is delicious with good variety even when staying 2 nights.
As with most of the ryokan in Kurokawa, complimentary yukata and slippers are provided for you to use when walking around town to visit other onsen.

The staff and their amazing service begin from the moment you book your stay at this beautiful and authentic ryokan. Communication was excellent — from dietary requirements to confirming my arrival time and method — ensuring everything was perfectly prepared for my stay. I booked a room with half board included, and both meals were absolutely outstanding.
The onsen was lovely, especially the outdoor bath, surrounded by nature while you soak in the warm water. I enjoyed every moment at this ryokan.

The rooms were giant! Also the beds were extremely comfortable and it was so nice having the ability to have the dinner and breakfast in my room.
One thing that was odd is there are no showers or baths in the rooms.
