Good location. In room dining and bath was great. Loved the staff — particularly Tian who was absolutely wonderful to us. Food was delicious, I recommend adding the Aso steak.
A little expensive.

Everything. The personal, the breakfast, the dinner, the onsen, the vibe, the location. And the kimono! Best hotel we ever did.
Nothing, it was perfect.
