I recommend this place for the good host and good value

Our host Stefano was very friendly and hospitable. Communication was good. The room was clean, and had a great view. The location was in the middle of the city. 5 min walk to the old town and 10 min walk to free parking. Price value was good.

The apartment is on 3rd floor, we don’t mind the stairs, but it could be an issue for other guests.

it’s a home b&b. the host is friendly, makes bed every day. the location is perfect along the Main Street of the town, lots of restaurants around. The room has a queen bed and a single bed, a large table and coffee machine, large windows viewing the main street.

The street is a bit noisy at night, the church clock rings at night too. No lift, need to take luggage up 3 storeys.

+ Rather high price for what's in it (a very basic B&B in the 3rd floor of a residential and commercial building) + Rather loud - due to noises from the outside as well as the neighboring rooms + Insufficient provision of soap, shower gel, etc.

Our host was really nice and welcomed us warmly. Also he texted us one day before and helped us with a parking spot.. Our room was nice and really clean. Location is awesome !!

If you have heavy luggage as we did you need to be prepared to climb the stairs. The entry room smelled like a Desinfection room combined with cheese. walls are really thin and you hear everything from the neighbors

Unser Wochenende im Riva City View:

Die Lage war gut, der Radkeller sicher. Alles hat bestens geklappt mit Check In (früher als normal), Frühstück, Kominikation und Infos. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, nett, hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Ausstattung und Zimmergröße ist für dem Preis positiv zu bewerten.

Etwas laut in der Nacht- aber eben mitten im Zentrum gelegen. Unser Bad war in einem separaten Raum durch den Flur von 3 Appartements-aber wurde auch so angeboten. Eigentlich für den Preis in der zentralen Lage eine gute Adresse, wenn man ehrlich ist.

Weekend a Riva

B&b in pieno centro a 5 minuti dal lago. Intorno ci sono tantissimi ristoranti, caffè e negozi. La camera era grande, pulita e luminosa. Lo staff disponibile e molto gentile. La colazione può essere concordata con lo staff che mette a disposizione una varietà di prodotti tra cui scegliere. Nella stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato ci sono le veneziane che fanno entrare molta luce la mattina. Se qualcuno dovesse essere sensibile alla luce la struttura mette a disposizione delle mascherine da sonno. Prezzo onesto per la posizione e per la stagione.
