We skipped breakfast to see more of Zadar so cannot comment. The room was clean, modern, well maintained and quiet.
Is a bit difficult to find along an unpaved side street but this was a minor inconvenience,

This hotel is very neat and clean for the price. We stayed in several Hilton hotels in Croatia before we stayed here. My wife says this hotel is cleaner and less expensive! Tina at the front desk is great. Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good with a great view. Thanks!

Check in was easy, host was very nice, breakfast was satisfying, balcony was nice and shower was good.
The area isn't near anything and is rather cluttered with apartments around it. The bed and sheets weren't very comfortable and I feel the pictures were more attractive than the reality. Feels very much like rooms rather than a hotel.
