We had a room with a balcony. King size bed was very comfortable. Huge shower. Great location with private onsite parking, about 5 minute walk to Centar town Zadar, with many restaurants and shops, very close to Sea Organ, which is a must see. Marijan met us at entrance and was a big help in providing info and directions.
Need more lighting especially in bathroom. Other than that everything was perfect.

The room is in an apartment block, 7th floor. The location is great, close to the city center. Breakfast at a nearby restaurant was great, despite not having much choice.
Poor lighting in the bathroom due to black walls. There is standing water in the shower cabin after showering.
