The room, the location and most important of all- the kind staff. The staff were very cooperative. We were given early breakfast as requested the previous day as we had to catch bus to Plitvice Lakes early in the morning. The staff was also helpful in letting us keep our baggages in the hotel on the last day for some time until our flight.
The breakfast was of great quality but we felt the need for buffet system. Since the breakfast was being served, we used to feel awkward to ask for things we needed. The croissants were capped to only 1 per person and was denied on the first day when asked, stating it is capped to one per person.
Another important things which could be improved are the hotel has no elevator. Our room was on 2nd floor, and we had two heavy luggages which I had to carry all by myself on 2nd floor.
Also the bathroom is congested, despite having much extra space adjacent to the shower area which was left empty. Since I have two kids to bathe, it was mot convenient to both stay in the shower area.

We arrived really late because our flight was delayed 2.5 hours, they left our key in a save place and we could enter with no problem to our room. I called around 12.00 am and they answered in a really friendly way. The communication since de beginning was really fast and good. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast as delicious. Well cared hotel. 12 min driving from
Zadar airport.

Great location close to the AirPort if you arrive late and need a close stay. Familyroom was spacious and very clean and tidy.
Breakfast was superfresh and perfect before heading of to a week of adventures.
