There is a steel bar in the main door that can usually cause accident especially for elderly. I was a victim too!

Nice apartment, centrally located, large kitchen with a washer.
The walls were extremely thin. We were awoken at around 3 am as the neighbor above’s phone was vibrating. Yes, not ringing, just vibrating. We thought it was our phone, it seemed so close. We then of course heard their mumbling conversation.
With the windows open, you hear all the people passing through the alley below in stereo.
