Lovely stay in a comfortable apartment, wonderful mountain setting of the house.

The house is great, the apartment was wonderful and adventurous - various steps and levels. Aside from not being very close to the slope, the location was very good with excellent views. Very good in-room facilities. Bed mattress excellent. The landlady was very nice, too. All in all, really happy

Almost perfect!

Absolutely amazing apartment with kitchen that has everything you'll ever need to cook, two separate double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and plenty of storage space for your skiing equipment etc. Moreover, there's even a dedicated room to leave the equipment to dry after the day of skiing! Everything in the apartment is extremely clean and/or new.

The whole staying experience was so good it's hard to tell any drawbacks. But if I need to point something out it would be the bed. Unfortunately, the bed's base is so old it sags a lot when you lie on it and it's hard to get a good night sleep...

Na een prachtige autorit door de Grossglockner verwelkomde Stephan ons persoonlijk. Zijn zorgvuldig ingerichte accomodatie is met vakmanschap gemaakt, erg knap!

Chalet immerso nelle montagne, vacanza Top

Posizione ottima, immersa nel verde tra le montagne ma anche facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Appartamento comodissimo, pulito e curato, moderno e attrezzato con tutti i comfort. La struttura è un bellissimo e grande chalet tradizionale in legno. A pochi minuti in auto alcuni centri abitati con market e alcuni negozi, bar e ristoranti. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono tantissimi sentieri, boschi, fiumi e cascate naturali bellissime. Host gentile e preciso, attento e disponibile. Il giardino attrezzato e la piscina sono quel tocco in più che ha resto la nostra vacanza perfetta.

Relaxed , heerlijke locatie , verblijf zeker een 8!

Het Balkon was top! Het was heerlijk weer dus fijn om ook daar heerlijk te ontbijten en van het uitzicht te genieten! De faciliteiten zijn prima en het zwembad als extra met de ligweide is natuurlijk ook heel fijn!

Alles was ok! Het matras was voor degene die van een stevig matras houden wat aan de zacht kant. Hou je echter van een matras waar je in weg ploft dan is dit een prima bed.

Heerlijk appartement

We hadden appartement deluxe, gezin met drie kinderen. Wat een heerlijk ruim en netjes opgezet appartement, vrijwel alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. Zwembad was fantastisch voor de kinderen en daardoor kan je ook een dag fijn bij het huisje zijn. Ook stroomt er een beekje naast het huis, zijn er schommels en is er een trampoline. Uitzicht is prachtig, je ziet geen sneeuwtoppen, maar zit wel vlakbij Heiligenblut. Bedden lagen heerlijk, fijne kussens. Voorzien van vaatwasser en wasmachine, ideaal met een gezin. Haus Benedikt is ook ideaal voor een familievakantie. In hetzelfde huis zitten namelijk meerdere appartement. We hadden er totaal drie geboekt, waaronder die van ons en dat was voor ons echt perfect. Supermarkt zit dichtbij.

We hadden nauwelijks warm water en als we het hadden was het een klein straaltje. Daardoor was het moeilijk om de kinderen een lekker warm bad te geven (waterkoker bood enige uitkomst om het bad wat te verwarmen) of fijn te douchen. De wasmachine deed wat die moest doen, maar is wel oud. Hierdoor maakt die veel herrie en je hebt geen idee hoe lang een programma duurt. We hebben gebruikt gemaakt van de Kärnten Card om dingen te doen. In Heiligenblut is een kabelbaan en klein zwembad, maar voor de meeste dingen die je met de kaart kan doen moet je toch wel een eind rijden. Dat is goed om van te voren te bedenken en uit te zoeken.

De locatie was perfect. Het was supergoed gelegen met zicht op het zwembad en de bergen. Onze studio had alles wat we nodig hadden en het was super proper. We hadden een parkeerplaats voor het huis. Het was 20m wandelen van Heiligenblut en 10m wandelen tot het eerste restaurant, Het Glocknerhaus was met de auto ongeveer 20m rijden. De ontvangst, communicatie en dienstverlening van de host was perfect en hartelijk.

Er viel ons niets tegen.

Unvergessliche Auszeit im"Haus Benedikt"🥰

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Haus Benedikt bietet alles ,für große und kleine Gäste.Wir hatten einen Atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge,von unserem großen Balkon. Für Kinder gibt es ein Meerschweinchengehege ein Trampolin und eine Schaukel.Wem das noch nicht reicht,kann dann noch in einem vorhandenen großen Pool eine Abkühlung nehmen.;) Wir haben und vom ersten Augenblick/Ankunft, herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Und hat soweit alles gut gefallen,evtl der Wasserdruck und Warmwasser in den oberen Etagen,könnte etwas besser sein.Aber auch darauf wurde vorher vom Vermieter hingewiesen/erklärt.

Schöner Kurz-Aufenthalt. Vermieter freundlich und Haus zu empfehlen.

Wir waren nur 4 Tage hier und hatten ein kleines Apartment mit Balkon und einem super tollen Blick in die Umgebung. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist etwas ausserhalb von Heiligenblut, jedoch über einen Wanderweg vom Grundstück aus zu Fuß gut erreichbar. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man so brauchte, das Apartment war so weit sauber.

Da die kleine Küche nur mit zwei Sitzbänken ausgestattet ist, würde ich hier doch noch ein oder zwei zusätzliche Stühle empfehlen, Platz ist vorhanden. die Sitzbank ist für längeren Aufenthalt etwas unbequem, vor allem beim Fernsehen, der sich auf dem Kühlschrank befindet. Außerdem waren einzelne Teile vom Besteck bzw. Teller nicht einwandfrei sauber, aber dazu kann ja der Vermieter nichts, wenn die Hausgäste nicht sauber spülen. Ein Geschirrspüler gab es nicht. Ist ja auch nicht unbedingt erforderlich, wenn der Hausgast sich genauso verhalten würde wie zuhause !!!!! Kann man dem Vermieter nicht anlasten.

Skvělá dovolená

Krásná lokalita,v tichém a klidném prostředí,velky, prostorný a čistý apartmán, vybavený vším co jsme potřebovali k vaření a pohodové dovolené.V koupelně čisté ručníky a úžasně příjemné povlečení. Byli jsme moc spokojeni a děkujeme za hezké dny.

Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Das Haus liegt erhöht in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Wohnung war geräumig und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Eigentümer waren nett.

Als wir ankamen (Samstag bei 31 Grad) war der Pool grün und es schwammen Frösche darin. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin hieß es, dass er am Montag geleert und dann neu befüllt wird. Das frische Wasser hatte am Dienstagabend dann entsprechend 11 Grad. Wir konnten den Pool also während unseres Urlaubes nicht wirklich nutzen. Die FeWo ohne Pool hätten wir sicherlich nicht gebucht, dafür war sie uns zu teuer. Auch benötigt man gut 20 min zu Fuß nach Heiligenblut, mal eben so Brötchen fürs Frühstück besorgen ist nicht möglich. Die Liegen am Pool sind auch schon in die Jahre gekommen, einige waren gebrochen oder Schrauben schauten raus. Die Kids sind barfuß auf den Balkon und haben sich gleich Spreisel eingefangen. Im Kühlschrank fehlten die Schubladen für das Gemüse und an der Türe. Die Waschmaschinendichtung hatte Schimmelflecken. Alles in allem passt hier wohl die Bezeichnung "in die Jahre gekommen".

Erg mooie locatie met schoon en groot appartement op 5 min rijden van skigebied

De rustige ligging was fijn, mooi schoon appartement met genoeg ruimte. Alles was aanwezig in de keuken, afwasmiddel, vaatwastabletten, koffiefilters, wc papier…. Zeer comfortabel was het ski hok met schoen verwarming. Aardige eigenaar. Leuke activiteiten naast het skiën (sneeuwschoen wandelen en steenbokken bekijken, ribbchenabend met live muziek bij Gasthof Sonnblick) De piste ligt op 5 minuten rijden met de auto, altijd gratis parkeren in de parkeergarage. Tip: koop de skipas online dit is goedkoper dan aan de kassa!!

Het water was niet altijd warm en het lukte niet om het bad vol te krijgen.

A szállás egy csöndes mellékút végén található, a kilátás egy hegyre néz, nagyon nyugodt a környezet, közel van a heiligenblut-i síközponthoz, pár perces autóút. A konyha felszereltsége várakozáson felüli, mindennel felszerelt. Az apartman kényelmes nagyságú, jó beosztású, kényelmes egy nagyobb családnak is. Külön öröm volt, hogy a cicánkat is szívesen fogadták. :)
