Excellent apartment in the Austrian countryside

The apartment is a pleasant surprise; it is modern, functional, spacious, warm, comfortable... Host Kevin will do everything to make your stay pleasant. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house and has a view of the beautiful nature and mountains surrounding the area. It has two bedrooms, a kitchen with a living room, a separate toilet, and a separate shower bathroom that also has a sauna. The sauna is an added value to the apartment; it is spacious and you can use it at any time during your stay in the apartment. In the kitchen, you have all the appliances you could want; from a dishwasher to a smoothie maker. All the rooms are comfortable, have all the necessary amenities, and there is also a terrace where you can enjoy the view of unspoiled nature. Aside from the sauna, there is another added benefit; a cat that visited us every morning and made our stay even more enjoyable.

It would be good to have a TV and radio installed in the apartment. And one more suggestion; since there is already an excellent sauna installed in the apartment, I suggest installing a outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace as well. This would complete everything needed for an even more enjoyable stay. And, it should also be noted that the access road to the apartment is very steep, so in winter conditions, you should keep in mind that you are equipped with snow chains and all other additional winter car equipment.

Superb

Tha staff was really welcoming and friendly. The first evening we had dinner in the location and had a great outdoor dinner with the owners and all the other guests. We ate excellent meat and fantastic products of their land. Sophie gave us great advices abouts places to visit.

The breakfast was with excellent product but very different from our habits.

Superb

The cleanness of the room and bathroom, the kindness of the owner family and the generous and healthy breakfast. We stayed just for one night, but we've been globally impressed by the environmentally-friendly atmosphere and the feeling of peace breathed in the location and in its surroundings.

Super host

We are really happy to find out Stabenthein- Hof. Everything is so cozy and great view to the mountain. The family is very very friendly and make us feeling like staying at home. Breakfast was full and most of them are homemade and delicious. Highly recommended!

Nothing! Just remind the road from main road to the hof is small but if you carefully drive is Okay. A very cozy stay and amazing feeling of peaceful life in a nice farmhouse 280 years old.

Mirna lokacija, na sončni strani z razgledi na gore, dovolj blizu vasic, ki imajo urejene tekaške steze. Prijazni lastniki (bil je ravno čas pusta in dobili smo domače krofe). Apartma je popolnoma nov, izredno prostoren in opremljen z vsem, kar potrebujete. Sobe so velike, postelje udobne, kopalnica pa ima celo svojo savno.

Vriendelijke mensen en een heel goede sfeer. Leuk authentiek gasthof. Goed ontbijt met veel zelfgemaakte jam en marmelade.

Het gasthof ligt aan een steile weg naar beneden. Geen probleem maar goed om te weten.

Traumurlaub in den Bergen mit großem Erholungsfaktor.

Wunderschöner Bauernhof abseits des Trubels. Top Frühstück mit vielen selbst produzierten Produkten. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist total nett und man wird gleich herzlich aufgenommen. Wir kommen zu hundert Prozent wieder.

Es gibt überhaupt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

Wunderbar ruhige Lage, freundliche Gastgeber, fantastisches Frühstück; echt Klasse zum entspannen und Seele baumeln lassen

Die Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig. Balkonnachbar war leider Raucher, weshalb wir den Balkon leider nicht in vollem Umfang nutzen konnten.

Loft/Open Space nuovissimo e ben ristrutturato in posizione perfetta al Vomero (vicinissimo al metro), ideale per una coppia (eventualmente con 1-2 figli) o per 3-4 amici. Oreste è stato un host ed una persona eccezionale dal primo contatto fino al saluto finale.
