It was a very peaceful stay. Everything worked perfectly and the staff were lovely.
You couldn’t park the car by the tent. We weren’t that bothered about it since there weren’t many people staying at the same time as us so we got to choose a good parking spot nearest our tent. But if the campsite were to be full you could be a bit inconvinienced by the distance between your car and your tent.

Great location and easy to get there by train (1km from station,). Facilities very clean and well designed, on site restaurant was fairly smart for a campsite but food was great. Wider area had lots to offer if you like biking, hiking, walking. Mallnitz itself is likeable and has a good tourism centre.
Camping area for tents could have had more picnic tables. No onsite shop apart from a vending machine
