Exceptionally comfortable. Kind helpful host. All amenities provided. Exceptional location.

A lovely cosy place to stay. Well sign posted it was very easy to locate. The host Gertrude was present to welcome us with a beautiful well thought out hamper of food which was very gracious. The house had all the amenities listed. The beds were very comfortable. The house spacious. We could cook and relax. Easy to access the town of Lienz and near by places of interest. Gertrude was always available, kind and helpful. Thank you Gertrude and Peter. We look forward to meeting you again.

A good apartment for hiking tours in the Alps

- The apartment is reasonably big for the price - the kitchen was well equipped (kettle, dishwasher with pods, dish soap with sponge, paper towels etc) - the TV handles Netflix, Amazon Prime and the wifi is free - two separate bathrooms with towels and toiletries - the owner did not have a problem with us arriving late, left the keys by the door with a note written in English

- the lighting in the living room was insufficient and the arrangement of furniture made it difficult to sit comfortably - no nets on the windows so mosquitos get in at night - the driveway is very narrow and there is little place to leave the car outside the property (the street is very narrow as well), you will have trouble parking if your car is big. - hard to get the bedrooms completely dark, had to use a towel to cover the window to be able to sleep. - there is a noisy road beneath the property, but the traffic subsides at night - unfortunately, the owner does not speak much English, though it is possible to communicate despite this - no shops or reputable restaurants within walking distance, the nearest are ~10 min by car (except for some local biker cafe/restaurant) However, none of these are major flaws, just what i noticed.

Bellissimo soggiorno vicino a Lienz

Proprietaria squisita, gentilissima e accogliente. Ci portava spesso cose da mangiare fatte da lei, ci cambiava spesso gli asciugamani ed è stata dolcissima con il nostro gatto. Tutto pulitissimo e provvisto di tutto!

Herrlicher und erholsamer Urlaub in einer tollen Umgebung

Es hat alles gepasst. Die Ferienwohnung war schön eingerichtet , sehr sauber und vom Balkon hatte man einen tollen Blick auf die Lienzer Dolomiten und den liebevoll angelegten Garten. Die Umgebung war traumhaft. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Baza do wyjść wysokogórskich

Obiekt malowniczo położony, z pięknymi widokami na Wysokie Taury i Dolomity. Pod domem piękny i zadbany ogród. W pobliżu przystanek autobusu 942. Pani Gospodarz bardzo miła i pomocna - można poczuć się tutaj jak w domu. Wyposażenie kuchni zadowalające, choć mogłoby być więcej talerzy oraz sztućców. Mieszkanie zadbane oraz czyste. Dużym plusem są dwie oddzielne łazienki. Telewizor nowoczesny z możliwością zalogowania się na własne konto Netlix. Z domu jest łatwy dojazd np. do Roamer Alm, skąd można wyruszyć w Wysokie Taury.

Appartamento spazioso, accogliente e pulito, cucina ben attrezzata, terrazza con vista panoramica sulle splendide Dolomiti di Lienz. Proprietaria gentile e accogliente, anche con il nostro cane.

Heerlijk uitzicht in goed appartement

Keurig appartement, niet super modern maar heel gezellig & compleet. Uitzicht fantastisch!

Activiteiten in de zomer zijn er weinig, Fietsen & hiken kan wel

Lokatie was mooi

Aangezien er veel verkeersbeleid was overdag van motoren was het niet aangenaam om op het balkon te zitten dit was echt een nadeel.
