Noisy from motorway

I have stayed here before and previously had a nice, clean room that was quiet, which is why I decided to book again. Unfortunately, this time the experience was the complete opposite. The room felt outdated, the key card did not work at first, and although the room was booked for two people, there was only one towel provided. The biggest issue, however, was the motorway opposite the hotel – the windows were not well sound-insulated, making it very noisy and difficult to rest.

Clean, modern, a good breakfast. Wonderfully quiet: excellent insulation in the windows, as it was close to the motorway.

I had never stayed in an Ibis styles hotel before, so I was somewhat surprised as the room felt slightly cramped. I had the impression that their styles brand was more upmarket.

Disappointing facilities.

Nowhere to eat in the evening, very limited bar but no seating. After a long drive to reach the hotel we really didn't want to have to go out in the car again to find somewhere for dinner. Mattress on bed in two parts and they kept separating. Had to get out of bed in the night to put back together again as there was a risk of falling out!

Good value pull over place handy for the motorway on a long drive

I love that the hotel was just off the motorway and it was very compact, easy to get from the car park to the hotel to my room carrying way too many things

It’s my only criticism, and it might seem silly to but my goodness the decor is just awful. It was like being in a Teletubby room, the overly bright motif it’s just too much, it’s not peaceful tasteful or calming or anything it was like being in a children’s Play School

You can hear your neighbours clearly, bathroom was super small, showerhead should be cleaned better.

Great hotel for an overnight stop 👍🏼

Just off the motorway so great for an overnight stop driving to or from the channel tunnel. Lots of safe parking and a nice restaurant next door. Clean comfortable room and very nice breakfast, including eggs, beans and bacon! Lovely staff.

As expected nice and close to autobahn

Breakfast was adequate and what I expected. I had difficulty in finding the Ibis driving from Luxembourg it would be handy to include some instructions where to turn off the autobahn as I tood turning to La Louvier and spend an hour driving around until I asked somebody who escorted me

Overall we had a good stay.

We stayed for 3 nights for a family wedding and had a very nice stay. The hotel and room were clean. The bed was comfortable, and the location was ideal for us to get into town and visit family. The breakfast was freshly made, and there was plenty of choice.

The noise from the passing traffic as well as the noise from other guests. The hotel seems to have no soundproofing. We could hear other guests opening and closing doors inside their room as well as them coughing and snoring. Also, the pillows are like sleeping on air.

good hotel , very clean and organised, great breakfast and friendly staff , at the reception Jordan was very welcoming and friendly and recommended nice places to visit, he went above and beyond to help and we are very grateful

liked everything except on the lay day we were woken up by a water pressure on the windows at 8:45 and after waving to the man cleaning he still continued making noise and ignoring us and room staff cleaners talking very loud in the corridor in the morning

Great fir overnight

Brilliant off motorway location with goid parking, for an overnight stay. Room tiny but all that was needed. Found and prebooked an excellent restaurant a few miles away as the local one not open ( Sunday night). Breakfast easy, and fine.

Excellent value for an overnight stay

Excellent value for money. We were welcomed by a very helpful, friendly and competent member of staff. The breakfast was nice with a reasonable selection of fresh food. The room - an apartment in our case - was spacious and comfortable.

Best spot for those Who are on the road. The Window have blinders, which is great for those Who have problems sleeping at Hotels. The breakfast is amazing.

The bedroom was stinking, even with the Window open.
