Excellent location, great dining facilities, nice spaces and nice rooms. Friendly staff.

No house keeping for two days. Rooms, bathroom were not cleaned, the trash bin was not emptied, beds were not made. Heating was not working in one of the rooms. There was a many years old hanging plaque in the toilet. My son found a Coca Cola over its expiration date in the mini bar.

In the center and convenient

The hotel was very clean and nice with all facilities: air conditioning, proper bathroom, amazing breakfast with tasty recipes It's very close to the center and to the trams so it's easy to get from there anywhere. It was easy to reach by car. The restaurant is also great. The staff speaks English very well here.

Unforgettable Dinner & Comfort in the Heart of the City

I had a wonderful experience during the Valentine's Day dinner — the event was thoughtfully organized and truly memorable. The beef was exceptional, easily the best I’ve had in years. The room was beautifully appointed, and the location is incredibly central, making it both convenient and inviting.

I didn't encounter any notable issues during my stay.

50 Euro charge for small, clean dog - that's robbery.

Nice and interesting ambience, good breakfast, location next to important spots , garage parking space, polite and nice staf.

Additional charge of 50 Euro for small, clean dog - that's robbery. (most of hotels is 10 Euro). This charge amount must be known while booking process - otherwise it's simply cheating ! Breakfast is from card menu (it's OK), but waiting time was ....50 minutes , bit too long just for simple scrambled egs, especially if you're in rush.

Great Service

the Junior suite was very big and tasteful. A mix of modern and old. The Staff was extremly welcoming and super helpful. The continental breakfast was great and brought to our room. Free and safe parking right infront of the hotel. Very close to alot of good restaurants.

the price for our dog to be able to stay with us in the room is way too high considering that nothing was provided for it.

Exceptional

Spacey rooms and really well designed interior, inside an old building. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast was large and delicious. I am very thankful to the staff who was more than helpful (helped us fix an issue with a parking ticked). We'll definitely be back.

Spa didn't work due to Covid but that's not their fault.

Wonderful hostorical building, nice athmosphere, scilence at night, superb breakfast and great staff at breakfast. Quality soft towels, clean, spacious room. Easy to park, close to the centre.

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful building, we stayed in a large, spacious room. Calm atmosphere, nice courtyard to have breakfast in. We have been coming here for years and always come back.
