137 Breakers is a direct ocean facing condo. The main room has a queen sleeper sofa, large TV and a small table and chairs. There is a balcony with an amazing direct view of the ocean. The balcony has two high top chairs and a table to enhance the ocean view. The kitchen is open to the main room. There is sufficient space and furnishings to produce any meal. The fully stocked kitchen has a full size refrigerator, range and dishwasher. The bedroom is open to the hallway and is furnished with a king size bed and larger TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The condo is on the second floor accessible by two short flights of stairs or a nearby elevator. The front door is close to the stair case. Book now and start packing. Monthly rentals are available. Weekly rentals especially during the summer are Saturday to Saturday. For off-season week days, please inquire.

We loved how close we were to the beach and pool. The bed was very comfy and the unit was nice and cool. We enjoyed the balcony and the cute deer that visited us everyday.

My wife and I had a great week! Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable, but could use some new pillows.

View from the deck was nice. The property itself was quite dated. The tub and shower need work and the shower curtain had mold. The bedding was stained except the sheets- they were clean. Could be a nice unit with some updates. Sorry to say I would not likely rent this condo again. It is a shot gun layout as well and I am not a fan
