Great location.lots to do with shopping, restaurants, beach and pool all there. Active area. Host was nice enough to leave a gift bottle of wine. Also a nice thought was the Easter decorations!
Room was small and in need of updates(cabinets/floors creaky and soft in spots/bathroom).

Rita! Our contact person got back within a half hour when texted and did try to help. Good location and full size fridge. Kitchen well equipped. We didn’t drink it but there was a bottle of wine waiting when we arrived, very nice
Bedroom small so bed is against the wall and had to climb over spouse to get up at night so one of us would sleep on the couch. We did not pull the couch out as a bed so can’t speak to its comfort . The noise from upstairs very loud, they had kids running around, it stopped by 10pm but really unpleasant. Everything included , Not an outrageous price
But… The “cleaning fee” is crazy high, almost the big city price our housekeeper at home gets for a 2500 sq ft home. Then a service fee and tax, just raise the price upfront. We had to hunt for the towels, if they are too thick for the racks put them on the bed, don’t make me look. The floors aren’t even. The shower is sloped down and the water temps are the opposite of what you would expect. I don’t know who I would recommend stay here.

Kerugg did not work
There was two areas in the living space where there was gaps in the floor and my son almost fell face first
The internet didn’t work until the last day because the password giving wasn’t right
The bathroom tub would not drain properly and the facet look like it was going to fall out
The drawers in the kitchen were awful
No handles and I smashed my finger
And also there was no ocean view like it listed in the description .
