-clean -friendly helpful staff

-way smaller than expected. -no closet so couldn’t fit luggage in room. 1 dresser full of extra linens and pillows so had to rearrange to get clothes to fit. Stuff crammed under the bed and all the cabinets. Luggage shells was stored on our truck because they wouldn’t fit in the room comfortably. -waaaaaay too much stuff in there. There is seats for 10 people in the living/kitchen and 2 huge tables. This place only fits 2 adults and 2 children. I had to completely rearrange all of the stuff in the cabinets and bins everywhere to fit our own clothes and stuff. Made unpacking stressful and I hated leaving our luggage’s on the truck after unpacking. -the balcony isn’t covered. I didn’t realize that. -our door wouldn’t lock. Had to call and they was pleasant and came to fix the door. -****the biggest thing that happened was we got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes with a 6 year old and my 7 month old. We hit the emergency button and it said when flashing the call had been answered. No one answered. No phone number inside the elevator to call. I googled the breakers to find a number to call. I got someone on the line that was able to stay in communication with me and get security up there to help. A 7 month old can NOT regulate body temperature well. I’m a first responder myself so I know how fast heat can become life threatening to an infant. Our poor little baby started going out. He went into shallow breathing, head slumped, and “sleeping”. I did all I could do in that moment and I stripped his clothes off of him and layed him on the elevator floor just praying it would open soon. At that point we was beating on the doors trying to pry the elevator doors open. Fire department was pulling in about the time security was able to get to the third floor and get it to open. The heat that day in an enclosed elevator becomes life threatening for an infant at 10-15 minutes. It was exactly 20 minutes before we got to exit. It was terrifying.
