This is THE location you want! The unit is a seconds-walk from the beach, numerous bars, shops, restaurants and other activities. Check in process was extremely smooth and no issues finding a parking spot. Unit was clean and the perfect size for my wife and I. Provided beach chairs were a nice touch. There is a Keurig and regular coffee maker however you will need to bring or buy your own. AC and fan was a little loud/creaky in bedroom but we were able to tune it out. Be aware there is no oven in this unit (if planning to pick up groceries). Overall, we had a great time and you will LOVE how close you are to everything!

Bedroom was a little small, but the bed was comfortable. We stayed here for the location - beachfront, which was very nice. The pool was heated and very nice also. The living room was comfortable, seemed like a newer couch. Kitchen was fine, we didn't cook but used the coffee maker and refrigerator. Shower head was very nice. Plenty of towels were supplied. The supplied beach chairs to use was a nice touch too. TV in living room worked fine, and was a nice size too.
The unit was a little dated, but fine for our stay.

Unfortunately, we had to take cold showers our entire stay because the hot water heater was not working-this was during the weather months which made it even more miserable. The repair man could not come until the day we checked out. The owner did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience.
