My wife and I did a last minute stay at Hilton Head. We had a good time at our property. Clean, great check in communication. The top floor makes for good views and sunshine!

The view from the balcony was marvelous.
It’s an older property, but it’s been maintained well and the unit was tastefully furnished.
Adequate towels and kitchen utensils were adequate and storage was adequate.

The Breakers unit 329 was clean with a great location right across the street from Coligny Plaza which was very convenient. Coligny has a good variety of restaurants, shops and even the Piggly Wiggly grocery store. There was so much to do within walking distance. The hiking/biking trails were not only paved but scenic! Our view from the balcony was better than expected since it is not actually a direct oceanfront unit. There were three of us so space was a bit tight but we managed…the location and view certainly made up for it! Fyi…the sofa bed is not comfortable at all so we ended up purchasing an air mattress. The unit had most all the necessities, and communication with the host was excellent! We loved Hilton Head and would definitely consider staying at The Breakers again unless we needed more space!

We loved the location of the condo and the hightop chairs and table on the deck. Great view! It was great having some of the basics-salt, pepper, coffee filters and plenty of cleaning supplies. Beautiful decor and well kept. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our breakfasts. We loved our short walk to to the beach and Coligny. Golf cart also picked us up by Coligny and took us to and from Cranes Tavern. Definitely would stay again!
