Die Lage ist sehr gut. Aussicht zum Meer war wunderschön. Appartement war gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz am Haus vorhanden.

Durch den Holzbau alles sehr hellhörig. Kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer hätte größer sein können.

There was not a vacuum or dust pan for sweeping in this unit

The property was beautiful. Very well maintained.

The tenant above us. Walked heavily day and night. Was very loud.

I loved the location. Balcony looked over pool and had an ocean view. Easy access to shopping, food, and beach.

Air conditioning did not work on arrival. It was 80 degrees in the apartment. Then realized the fan and overhead light in bedroom did not worked. Tried to open bedroom window but it would not open. Texted Vacasa and was told nothing could be done until next day. Had to strip bed and wash all linens next morning due to being soaked with sweat. Workmen arrived and got fan working but not light. When I later tried to turn light on the fan turned off and would not work again. Air conditioner repairman arrived late the second day and worked till 9 pm only to tell me he could not fix it until the next day. Third day at noon finally got AC working. Fan still did not work nor did it for the rest of my stay. Talked back and forth with Vacasa but no action. On Wednesday night the shelf in the closet holding extra linens, Towels, and other apartment property as well as all my hanging clothes fell off the wall when all the screws fell out. Contacted Vacasa but no-one came to fix it the rest of my stay. No offer to lower price or give back a day even when I told them it was not worth what they were charging without AC or fan. They just said thanks for being so understanding.
