About this apartment rental
Enjoy the pool and ocean view from your comfortable Breakers unit. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and a 55” smart TV in the living room. The condo is also furnished with a sleeper sofa for added sleeping accommodations.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, plenty of storage space for clothes and bags as well as a 43” smart TV. The bedroom is closed off from the other rooms so that you or your little ones can sleep comfortably and quietly.
The remodeled bathroom is accessible through the hall and has a beautiful tile walk-in shower. The bathroom has been extended to allow for a full size vanity and a little more space.
As owners, we wanted vacationers to feel like they were at home and to enjoy the luxuries that you do in your own home.
You can keep up on your laundry with your full size washer and dryer located in the hallway of the unit.
If you do not feel like fixing a meal in your fully functional kitchen, walk only a minute or two to multiple restaurants of your choice at The Beach Market or Coligny Plaza. If you feel you need a little retail therapy or forgot some much needed essentials, The Beach Market and Coligny Plaza can take care of that for you with their magnitude of shops.

We have been staying at The Breakers for several years Nd this condo did not disappoint! The upgrades are very nice, the bed was so comfortable and we liked being on the 1st floor. The condo was very clean and decorated very well….we were extremely happy with our stay this time! Also working with the host was a pleasure… she was very helpful with one issue we had and she took care of it immediately! I would definitely recommend this condo to everyone and we will try to get this one next time!

The property had modern appliances, renovated bathroom and extremely clean. Everything you need is right there. No detail was overlooked for the renters. Kate was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Will definitely book again!

What a wonderful place! It was clean and beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay in Hilton Head. We loved the proximity to the beach and to Coligny Plaza - it was so wonderful not to have to drive anywhere. We will most definitely be back!
