This condo is best suited for two people, but does sleep 3-4 maximum. This has a full kitchen with all new appliances, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and its own washer and dryer. There is a closet with hangers for hanging clothes. Enjoy relaxation from sunrise to sunset on your own private balcony directly facing the Ocean. Our oceanfront Breakers villa has been completely renovated (Jan 2025), decorated and updated with new EVERYTHING. High speed secure private WI-FI. Desk with charging station and view of the ocean while you work remotely. 65" Smart TV. I take pride in my Breakers condo and hope that all my rental guests will enjoy it. Putt putt golf and shopping galore. This recently renovated direct oceanfront Breakers Villa is located across from Coligny Plaza, where you will find many shop's and wonderful restaurant's with live entertainment.

This condo is very nicely renovated and in a beautiful location; super close to Coligny! The view of the water is amazing. We had a great week in Hilton Head!

Everything was perfect. The newly redone condo gorgeous. Absolutely beautifully done. Everything was very clean and the few from the condo is amazing. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back to the same spot again.

Room was very clean, except ceiling fans extremely dusty. I liked the view from the balcony, but would have loved watching the ocean from the bed. Room was smaller that expected. Host was very informative and responsive. I never received a phone number for direct contact, but I didn't inform the host. The concierge team provided excellent service and support, to include trouble shooting car issues.
