The Breakers is an oceanfront property, in the heart of the much-desired Coligny Beach area of Hilton Head. Great condo within walking distance to all Coligny Beach has to offer. Was clean and an updated unit with all the things you would need to enjoy your stay. Communication with owner was great. Thank you for a fun weekend stay!

The overall experience was good. The building is getting older and in need of updating. The condo was nice inside. The only complaint is that there were no closets at all. We had a good time and would go back again.

One could not see the ocean, blocked by the trees. We were two 77 year olds and the steps were a bit much. No toilet paper. Nor need we find the wash cloths till we opened the dryer the last day.
