Location was wonderful, right on the beach. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Kitchen and living room have been very nicely refurbished. Bed is comfortable and my daughter loved the bunk beds

Great location to the beach, shops & restaurants. It was clean.
No one was in the booth when we arrived to get the parking pass. No hours posted to tell us when to stop back.

Outdoor furniture could have been nicer.
Was very noisy. Had people above us, below us, and on both sides. Was very noisy at all times of night. There was no closet.
