CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest.

My husband and I came to Hilton Head to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We have stayed at this condo complex before and it our go to place because it is so near to everything. This was our first time with this host and we loved the place. It was clean, well appointed and very welcoming. The bonus was that this section has an elevator. We've never received a welcome basket so that was a much appreciated welcome touch. Everything we needed was provided and we had a lovely week. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Awesome place! I we have young children and the location was unbeatable. Easy walk to the beach, pool and playground. The view was better than the pictures show. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property manager was incredible. He was so friendly and helpful and really made our stay better!

This property has the perfect location. Walk to the beach. Pool. Perfect for families. Has everything needed to have a lengthy stay. My only complaint is the beds are uncomfortable and the floor is a little soft and unlevel in the hallway. Also, with a family of 6 there is not a whole lot of room to move with the coffee table. Other than that, no other complaints. I do like how it is in walking distance to shops, food, and beach. I would book here again.
