About this apartment rental
This bright and airy two-level condominium features a spacious open floor plan with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook or bake. The dining room comfortably seats six with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The living room features a queen-size sofa bed with comfy chairs and a large wall-mounted television. The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and features a king-size bed and comfy chair. Bedroom 2 is located on the main level and has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 is located on the 2nd level and has 2 queen beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The wraparound balcony is a perfect place to share a meal, with a table and chairs for four. There are also two comfortable rocking chairs. The roof top pool and jacuzzi are located just outside the front door. This rental includes privileges at the Oceanside Sea Crest Pool and easy access to the famous "Pool Bar Jim's". North Shore Place offers a secure, gated underground garage with an elevator, two parking spots, and plenty of luggage carts and bike racks. The owners have provided a Pack n Play and Baby Gates for guests to use if needed.
Conveniently located one block from the beach, and across the street from Coligny Plaza Shopping Center, with dozens of shops, restaurants, and the Piggly Wiggly grocery store. The new Low Country Celebration Park located just off of Pope Avenue is also a short walk away. For larger groups - please inquire about North Shore 406 (3BR/3 Bath) located just on the other side of the pool or our nearby Sea Crest units located just across the street on the ocean side of the road.

The company was very timely when we needed them. The location, condo and amenities were great. The HOA decided to close the pool and hot tub over which the company had no control but they were very accommodating. Great location for families with kids. Ice cream and food across the street.

This was a wonderful vacation spot for our family. We travel to HHI at least twice a year. We had two infants and four adults. This condo is an excellent location! It is a short walking distance to the beach, and local shops at Coligny. We loved the location directly beside the pool! We loved relaxing on the outside porch rockers. The beds are super comfortable. However, there are multiple updates that are needed to make this an even better rental property. The dryer needs to be updated. It would never dry our clothes or towels! It would take almost 2-3 hours for our laundry to dry. The internet is so slow. A new router is recommended to increase the speed. The kitchen appliances need to be updated. The microwave seems to need a replacement.
Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and we will return. I recommend the owner update all appliances to make the condo an even better rental property!
