This magnificently remodeled North Shore Place villa features two bedrooms. Walking into an open-concept floor plan.
The master bedroom has a beautiful king bed and private ensuite bath. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bathroom has a shower and tub combination.
A rooftop pool and hot tub add to the cool factor at this villa! Enjoy the ocean breezes and sweeping views of the ocean from the pool deck! It’s spectacular! Our guests may also use the North Oceanfront Pool at the Sea Crest Complex, which is located directly across the street. The beach is only a few minutes’ walk away from the complex, and Coligny Plaza is located directly across the street, where there is shopping, dining, and entertainment. The complex is gated, the parking is covered, and the elevator services all five floors of this beautiful beach complex.

We're just back from our vacation and everything was wonderful. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and well appointed. `We realized (after hours) that we didn't know how to lock our front door--called the after hours # and got a call back with help within minutes. Thumbs up!

The complex had construction going on that produced a layer of concrete dust on everything. While this was not acceptable upon check in, the employees at Island Time went above and beyond to rectify the problem and ultimately came up with a great solution for us. We will definitely give this unit a try again and will happily use Island Time again.

We love staying at Coligny! Everything is so close from shopping, restaurants, and the beach. This condo was perfect. It was clean and spacious for 4 of us. I would definitely rent this condo again!
