A tropical-inspired retreat awaits in this inviting 3rd-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa at North Shore Place in Hilton Head’s sought-after Forest Beach area.
Thoughtfully decorated with warm coastal touches, North Shore Place 305 offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Just inside the entryway, you’ll find a formal dining area with seating for six on one side and a set of closets on the other—one of which houses a convenient stackable washer and dryer.
The fully equipped galley-style kitchen features full-size appliances and a curved breakfast bar with seating for five, perfect for casual meals or entertaining.
The living room is designed for relaxation, with stylish furnishings, a 58” flat-screen TV, a CD system, and access to a private balcony. The balcony includes cozy seating for two, along with a dining table for four—ideal for morning coffee or evening meals outdoors.
The spacious primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a 40” TV, private access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a garden tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes two double beds, a 32” TV with DVD player, and a private full bathroom.
Located just across the street from the beach and next to Coligny Plaza, North Shore Place is a newer, upscale complex featuring a beautifully landscaped courtyard, a 4th-floor rooftop pool, and beach access through the Sea Crest complex. Guests also enjoy access to Sea Crest’s oceanfront pool, making this the perfect spot for a relaxing Hilton Head getaway.
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Very impressed with cleanliness, upkeep and location. Super convenient to the beach and shopping. With doors closed you get just the faintest hint of the live bands playing music, which we actually liked. Hope to be able to stay here again!

Loved the location, and the overall appearance of the unit! We have 2 toddlers so we would've liked a "hotel latch" on the main door so we could keep them from opening the door freely. But the open floor plan really didn't make that an issue of seeing when a toddler did happen to open the door. The only real "complaint" was the number of codes to access various locations seemed to never be accurate in what was provided to us at check-in. Being granted access to SeaCrest in addition to the North Shore pool is an awesome feature. But had we not been walking in as residnets were walking out we never would have been able to enter. The proximity to Coligny plaza was amazing (literally across the street) so it made running out for a quick grocery trip during nap, or grabbing ice cream/dinner before bed extremely easy. You could quite literally park your car and not touch it for your entire stay with the location of North Shore Place.
