Very clean throughout. Good facilities. Staff so friendly and helpful. Good selection of food and drinks available

Only issue was slippy floor in the sauna/steam room area. Could do with non slip tile replacement.

everything is clean, rooms are super comfy, facilities are great, staff are fantastic, food was great. The view from room 3 is fab overlooking the large well kept gardens.

we would have saved quite a bit of money by booking direct, and had free breakfasts.

(Working away)On arrival my engineers attended the hotel and was greeted by a very professional receptionist. But we thought they was having a joke when we was asked to take our clothes off. Not realising we had booked a nudist hotel. We was pretty shocked. But the Maher and receptionist was very understanding and let us go to our room with clothes on. We was asked if we needed to leave our room to wear a dressing gown which was fine by us. So please read before you book or you might have a surprise like us

Great facilities, all very clean. Unexpected bonus of a beautiful garden. When the weather is good, you can also eat outdoors.

A little bit on the pricey side

The room was a decent size, basic, but its not the room that's attractive. The spa facilities and surrounding garden are.

Did not expected to be greeted by a very disgruntled shift Manager called Martin. This was my 2nd visit, and a surprise for my wife as she had introduced me to the place. This was a gift to her, after renewing our wedding vows, considering this a very special occasion. I thought this would be the prefect place for her to relax and start our next chapter together. This was my way of thanking her for all the months of planning & organising our wedding celebrations. What a disappointment... The shift manager with his bad energy, attitude & demeanor made our check-in a very unpleasant one, after leaving us standing at reception. Later, my wife went to fetch us some cutlery so we could eat our food in our room. The manager decided he would verbally attack her in front of the few quests that were present in the canteen... when she purposely avoided him, to ask another member of staff, that was present, for plates and cutlery.. This mans behaviour was hostile, unprofessional and rude ... after receiving a verbal confrontation from him, my wife contacted the owner who was more than apologetic. We spent the rest of the evening avoiding him... how is that a relaxing time? He left at 11.15pm. We would have spent the next day enjoying the facilities. We left in the morning. Neither of us in the mood to stay! Word to the owner: "you are only as good as your team"

Friendly, relaxing, comfortable, clean and well appointed. Lovely to be able to stay naked all the time. Very welcoming. I will return.

I had problems booking with the hotel itself. Ok booking through Booking.com but as a result had to pay extra for breakfast and lost discounts on massages.

The spa is great, the hot tub is awesome, there's even a plunge pool after using the sauna! But the best thing is that it's a naturist friendly hotel which is so rare to find. The staff (Dan particularly) were so accommodating and made me feel so welcome.

The only small gripe I had was the noise from the busy road the hotel is situated on. But that's all, everything else was fabulous.
