Absolutely lovely stuff, they really made our stay extra comfortable and were more than happy to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, and the bed was really comfortable. We had both dinner and the breakfast sent to our room, and they were both delicious! Overall a really lovely stay in such a beautiful old building, and I’d highly recommend taking a walk around the grounds before you go!

We have just returned from a fantastic 3-day stay at the New Hall Hotel in Sutton Coldfield, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was thoroughly enjoyable.
The hotel itself is excellent steeped in history, beautifully maintained, and full of character. Our room was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway.
What truly sets New Hall apart, however, is the staff. Every single team member we encountered was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
Breakfast each morning was also very good, with a great selection of high-quality options to start the day right.
Whether you are visiting the area for business, exploring the local sights, or simply looking for a peaceful, relaxing break to unwind, this hotel is the perfect choice. We would recommend it to anyone and will definitely be returning!
